    Our Process

    We believe in transparency. We maintain constant communication so as to ensure you understand precisely what we are doing and why we are doing it. Our bathroom contractor is happy to explain each stage throughout the renovation process.

    Floor plan

    To better meet your needs, our contractor will need to understand the design of your current floor plan, dimensions of the installed cabinets as well as the location of the outlets and switches. We encourage you to bring photographs to help us give you a more accurate quote.

    Design

    The second step is setting an appointment with our designer. We always encourage you to bring along a family member, close friend, contractor, or personal designer if you already have one. This is because everyone needs to participate in the design details of your dream bathroom.

    Adjustment

    We never rush you to make a decision. We will give you time to review everything we discussed. If you wish to make some changes, you can contact us at any time. We encourage your input because it helps us understand your vision better.

    Finalizing

    At the end of the second meeting, you will know the style and layout of your dream bathroom. As soon as your budget and our prices match up, you can place your order. A project manager will be assigned. The first duty of your project manager is to visit your home to get the exact measurements of your bathroom.

    Place Your Order

    Prior to providing a work schedule and pricing, we will need you to confirm the elevations, material selections, plans, and hardware.

    Payment

    A deposit of 40% for the ordered cabinetry is required. The balance is paid upon delivery.

    Delivery

    The assigned project manager will visit your home to make sure the bathroom is ready for the installations by removing old appliances and cabinets and making sure the walls and floors are in line with your vision.

    Absolutely had the best experience with Kitchen&Bath from the very first visit with Sofien, Tiana (while Sofien was away for a week) to team who measured and installed our countertop to exactly the specs we wanted, even when we said we didn’t mind a seam on our quartz counter but they insisted that we wouldn’t like it and thank goodness we went by their experience. Sales guy (sorry, I don’t remember his name) was very helpful suggesting the designs, placements of the cabinets, choosing the sizes – even the knobs! One of the kitchens was for our basement apartment, and another one for main kitchen. We were very concerned about the delivery, what if some part will be missing, but everything went really well. We used the installers from Kitchen&Bath. Very pleased with the service. Always on time, as scheduled, no issues. Both kitchens look great!

While this company is not the cheapest they really do keep to their timeline and professionalism.
